I started my career on a factory floor. No connections, and no roadmap or idea of how the game was played. What I eventually figured out, through years of trial and error, is that career advancement is a system. And so is delivering results. Once you see it, everything changes.
That journey took me from the warehouse through Fortune 100 leadership, enterprise transformation in financial services and property, and eventually to MD and Country Leader at a global technology business.
